This is the last batch of Tahitian Nougat we'll be making for a while.  The second bar we ever perfected, we know it's a much loved chocolate and we aim to bring it back with a refined, equipment-friendly recipe in future.   It's very tough on our equipment and often fails, creating hours of headache when it does.  It will return!  Enjoy. 

 

Cocoa butter has more than quadrupled in price in recent months.
