Embrace autumn with an edible hug from Solkiki!  An amazing year for Dorset and Somerset's apples.  We've made a very festive, soft & chewy blend of dried apples, raisins, cinnamon, jumbo oats, golden syrup and brown sugar.  These organic, bite-sized, hand-formed chews are then hand-dipped  in our Salted Caramel 60.   They took twice as long to make as we expected, but they are completely worth the late nights of preparation!
 
Last year at Solkiki, the sixth medal earned for this chocolate was the prestigious ICA World Silver.  The Salted Caramel 60 brings effortless elegance and refined sophistication, simmering with intricately layered depth.  The gooey-chewy, oaty, spiced-apple centre rounds out a comforting seasonal profile.   Another instant hit with all of us here at Solkiki!
