4x giant, vegan marshmallows enrobed with our brand new, Chuao 59% dark milk stoneground for days with fresh whole cashew.   Certified Chuao - the world's first protected cacao origin - is a wonderous cacao - our first creations last year earned double gold at Great Taste and Euro Silver at the ICA.   2 British Golds this year and a World Bronze.  The tangy, spicy, fruity, chocolatey full bodied charactful 70 is dialled down here to deliver a recognisable profile, but in a more accessible way.  
 
We've added pieces of fresh roasted whole Macadamia and cubes of absoltuely brand new Cacao Pulp pate de fruit to deliver a full flavour journey!  Waiting months for this project to return to fruition, it was worth it!
