Brazil nuts stoneground with our Peruvian Marañón cacao.
Don't let the percentage confuse you! It is technically a dark chocolate, the percentage is lower due to the high amount of brazil nuts that have been stone ground through. At the same time it tastes more like a light milk chocolate due to the addition of stone ground brazil nuts. Compare it to the more familiar and traditional Gianduia chocolate (dark chocolate with hazelnuts ground through, here is our Gianduia https://www.solkiki.co.uk/product-page/gianduja-49-dark-chocolate ).
Otherwise, expect a chocolate that is light and exotic, prepare yourself for a salty journey into salted caramel, pastry, dare we say Baklava?!
