To this lovely World Bronze winning 85, we add crumbs of Ontbijtkoek, a traditional Dutch Breakfast cake.  Wintry spices abound in this recipe, a favourite of Iris.  We make this when we can, and it works so well with the depth of this 85.  Enjoy.

Purchased directly from the farming team at Kablon Farms in South Cotabato in the Phillipines. This 2-ingredient, dark chocolate has a very smooth melt with notes of toasted butter and a mild taste reminiscent of blackberry leaf and macadamia nuts. Thanks Estela!

If interested in other high percentage chocolate, try the 78 Nativo.  Low sugar, high fibre, a light and creamy profile.  We had to dial the recipe up to 78% because it's such a smooth cacao!
