4 AAGrade organic Medjool dates, filled with Tuono Almond x Costa Esmeraldas ganache, tumbled in our Wild Bolivian HCP Heirloom cacao direct from cacao visionary, tropical agronomist and Bolivian cacao champion Volker Lehmann!  From bean-to-egg, finished with antique gold.
 
Decadence.  As the 66% Wild Bolivian outer cracks, the Medjool date yields natural sweetness and the fruity pairing works so well!   Continue through the stoned date and the almond ganache brings a glorious soft, nutty balance to the experience.  It's a beautiful marriage and a restorative bite!
