Fresh from 2073!   A look at low-impact chocolate, made with resource-light ingredients.  In this instance a playful but powerful cocoa butter bar.  Not legally dark (no cocoa solids), not legally milk or white (no dairy or dairy equivalent)... so we call it a cocoa butter bar!  
 
You can't spill it, it can't burn you, it won't go cold if you don't drink it at exactly the correct time.  It's a forgiving and friendly bar, that rests easily in a pocket, cupboard or bag until it's time to provide a powerful coffee boost.
 
Coffee on your terms, without costing the Earth?    Sounds great!  We've taken this popular base chocolate and worked in some freshly Solkiki-roasted Pine Nuts.  They add a wonderful new dimension to the bar!  Enjoy it while you can :)
