Chuao is a legendary cacao with an exotic and intricate story with many moving parts well over 400 years old... and a flavour profile to match.
 
Pushed the chocolate into a new direction with our own Solkiki Plum ferment.  The process take months, many extra steps and lots of regular hands-on tweaking and attention, but it's just got to be done: the result is a unprecedented world-class profile.
