Specialty Jumbo Flame raisins drowned and drenched in Somerset grown and distilled Morello Cherry liquer from Burrow Hill Cider Farm.  Covered in a thick and delicious layer of our 70% dark using Costa Esmeraldas cacao direct from the Salazar family in the Ecuadorian Cloud Forest.   
 
Finished with World bronze 2021-2022 cocoa powder and gold powder.
