Cherry Leaf Latte infused white chocolate topped with a umeboshi-salt-pickled cherry blossom surrounded with candied yuzu.
 
Japanese Sakura Cherry blossoms, salt-pickled at origin with a gorgeous rich and deep and mellow and authentic cherry blossom flavour.  
 
Blossoms are edible and downright delicious treat for the senses.  Stems too!
 
Candied Yuzu makes a special appearance in this bar.  Long, slender strips of the delicously bright and lemony fruit bring a new flavour dimension to the profile adding complexity and balance to an award winning chocolate.
