A resealable, stand-up pouch containing 10 individually wrapped minibars of our 64% Costa Esmeraldas Dark Milk Chocolate from the Cloud Forest in Ecuador.
The cacao we used is a Cacao of Excellence award winning cacao from the remarkable Salazar family farm. We spent 18 months assessing many of Ecuador's fine cacao's, but immediately settled on Salazar's Esmeraldas cacao once we had tasted it, it blew us away!
This dark milk chocolate has earned 3 gold medals with the recognized International Chocolate Awards and 2 Great Taste stars.
This chocolate being made from an Arriba Nacional cacao has strong chocolatey notes, with a hint of warm spices and an underlying forest fruit flavour.
Due to the high percentage of 64% for a dark milk chocolate and the robust chocolate flavour it comes to the darker-milk spectrum with a very satisfying and balanced profile.
